Sweden
It was a cool day in Sweden when our Cruise ship arrived.

June 23- Stockholm, Sweden
So today we woke up in Sweden! My dad and I got up at 6:30 or so, and went to breakfast at a place called Savor( it was really good!) Then we came back to the room to convince Ans to get up, and she got ready, then we all went through security and exited the boat. We were going to Stockholm, which was an hour away, so we had to take a train into town. We took a shuttle bus to the train station then while we waited for the train to arrive we went to a really cute café. It smelled super amazing and the food was delicious! We ate outside in this little town square like thing and fed the birds. Then we got on our train, we were on our phones for the whole ride, but we also watched out the window. When we arrived we took the long escalators out of the train station, then took photos at the cool buildings right outside, then we went to the central station where we got Starbucks (so cultural right? LOL blame Ansley), then we roamed the streets, crossing bridges, going down alleyways, checking out souvenir shops where Ans and I both got a few things. Next, we went around taking photos and looking for a lunch restaurant, but as a result of the Swedish Midsummer holiday, a lot of restaurants were closed. We finally found a place to get a quick snack, with amazing avocado toast and ginger/orange energy boost shots. It was so good. Then next we continued to explore and roam, where we later found a lunch place where I enjoyed pizza and fresh fruit. Through all this, of course, we were taking photos along the way(I LoVe PhoToS). Then we went by the Vasa museum( most popular tourist destination in Stockholm) but given our dislike of museums, we just took photos in front of it. Anyway, next we rented a paddleboat, you know the ones that you have to peddle in order to move, it took us a bit to understand how to steer it, but we eventually got it. We peddled around the Baltic Sea, around the Stockholm archipelago. We took pics, enjoyed the view, put our hands in the sea, then we saw this amusement park on the coast that looked really cool while we were going around, so we pedaled back so we could check out the amusement park. When we docked, we first recreated a picture from us in the paddleboats when Ans and I were really young in Switzerland. Then we walked to the amusement park where we got tickets and entered the park. We first did a roller coaster called Insane, it was a roller coaster where we were hanging from a something or other, and be went face forward down steep drops, upside down, and at super fast speeds. It was insane! Next, we did a super fast roller coaster that had steep drops, sharp turns, and even went through this fog tube thing. Then we did a kiddie ride since we didn’t have time to do another big monster ride. I wanted to do a ride similar to the Superman at Six Flags, but where you’re facing downward on your stomach, and it is from higher up, but we ran out of time. We had a limited time since we need to make it back to the boat before we were left. So we took a 5-minute taxi to the train station that somehow cost $50, still don’t know how, and I forgot to tell y’all that here they charge $2 per person to go to the bathroom in the public bathrooms, umm....kinda pricey. So we rushed to make our train, then struggled to find a seat, took the hour-long train, then took a shuttle bus back to the cruise, and yeah. Back on the cruise we played Fortnite and relaxed, as well as we went to dinner at Savor where we discussed our upcoming Denmark and Iceland trip. We discussed our plan for the two. So now we are back in our room just chilling, playing some Fortnite and I’m working on my blog. Later we watched the World Cup, and fell asleep. Anyways, good night to all, and to all a good night :)
