Working As A Veterinary Technician

I then utilized my veterinary assistant certification to become a veterinary technician at Windhaven Veterinary Clinic. As a general practice technician I gained skills in: interacting with clients, monitoring surgeries, administering vaccinations, drawing blood, taking x-rays, filling medications, taking vitals, making surgery packs, running lab work, identifying common microscopic parasites among completing other requests from the veterinarians. I worked under the leadership of DVM Jennifer Marble, DVM Kimberly Martin, and DVM Rachel Cummins.
